First Trace Heating Direct Ltd. Announced as Family Business of the Year 2018

First Trace Heating Direct Ltd. have been named Family Business of the Year in the 12th annual BIBAs Awards.

Following a gruelling interview process from a panel of highly acclaimed judges and an in-depth Head Office visit to meet the team and gain a greater understanding of the business operations, product range, innovation strategy and customer focus; First Trace were recognised and awarded at prestigious The BIBAs awards ceremony, held at the Tower Ballroom, in Blackpool on Friday 14th September, 2018.

“It was a close competition between all eight finalists” said BIBAs Judge, Malcolm Clark, owner of MC Associates, “However, First Trace was the one organisation that clearly emerged as the winner, with exceptional internal and external practices and a forward-thinking approach to the growth of the business.”
